Reservation Procedures

• Reservations can be made up until 8pm AST on the day of arrival.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

• On-line: Visa, MasterCard

• At the park:  Visa, MasterCard, cash, 

• Personal cheques will not be accepted for payment.

• Collect telephone calls will not be accepted. Credit card guarantee will be processed on the date that the reservation is made.

• Refunds can only be applied to the original credit card used to create the reservation.

• Reservations will be kept until 12:00 pm AST on the day following scheduled arrival. After this time, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the customer will be charged for the full amount of their reservation.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation are not eligible for a refund or campground credit

• Cancellation within or less than 14 days of the date of the reservation will be offered a full campground credit. campground credit is good for one (1) year from the date of the cancellation.

• Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the date of the reservation will be offered a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, or a full campground credit good for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

• Cancellation of Holiday weekend reservation (Victoria Day, Canada Day New Brunswick Day, and Labor Day) are not eligible for a refund or campground credit.

• Reservation for two(2) or more night will not be offered a refund or campground credit for early departure.

• Weather related cancellations or departure are not eligible for a refund or campground credit.

• Seasonal site cancellations prior to May 1 will be refunded less deposit and less 31 days camping fee.
